Sleep/Rest: Averaging around 7 hours

Well, I have been following the 80/10/10 program for over 9 months now and starting to branch out a little.  If you look at the beginning of this blog you will see that there wasn’t too much variety in my diet.  The only reason for that was lack of access to quality food at a reasonable price.

My list of benefits for living at home excluded one of the most important aspects.  I HAVE ACCESS TO AN ORGANIC DISTRIBUTOR!!!!.  So, now I can get boxes of a wide variety of organic produce at a decent price.

I will talk about my experiences at Health & Fitness Week 2007 on another post or two, so I wont’ include what I ate there.  Recently I have been having the usual base of organic watermelon and organic bananas.  The treats have been: organic mammea, organic peaches, organic nectarines, organic figs, organic oranges, organic strawberries and organic papaya.

I purchased a spirooli and I am loving it.  Cucumbers taste much different when they are spiralzied.  So my salads have consisted of organic cucumbers, organic romaine lettuce, organic tomatoes and organic celery.
