Nice job Robbie, I think it's a great idea to put together pictures of what you ate in a day, with the nutridiary information, it really gives an excellent picture of what you ate and what the caloric intake profile looks like.  I'm glad to see you are still eating this way.

I've been sticking with it too, and my food in a day looks a great deal like yours. I remember watching you eat in Costa Rica at the Walking Tour, and it really gave me a great sense of what to shoot for.  It wasn't until that trip that I really understood how much to eat, and things have gone a lot more smoothly for me since I returned and have been eating more.

Take care, and keep up the good work!

Hey Van,

I'm glad you like the screen shots and think it is a good idea to make them:)

Nice to hear you sticking to healthful living!!

I am also very happy to hear that you learned a lot in Costa Rica.  I look forward to seeing you at future events!

Stay in touch,

Robby
