Pictures! - Jaboticaba - Food Consumption for April 6th, 2008
Hello everyone,
Yesterday I had a unique dinner meal. I ate a large quantity of jaboticaba. It is a delicious fruit, but the edible portion is a small percentage of the whole fruit and it takes forever to eat the edible portion. I measured out 2062 grams and only ate 764 grams. The pictures will explain.
The picture below shows three items. First, the jaboticaba. Second, is a bowl of spinach separate from my salad because I like to eat that variety of spinach all by itself. It’s jus so delicious I don’t want to experience any other flavor but the spinach flavor when eating it. Third, a salad with a different variety of spinach, boston lettuce, and tangerines.

The picture below shows how much of the jaboticaba was left over after the meal.

The picture below shows the tree from which I picked most of my jaboticaba at Going Bananas. Some it came from another tree on Robert Barnums farm.
